On July 26th, 2017, SAP HANA 2.0 SPS02 was released to Customers. Along with this announcement, SAP has notified some changes in SAP HANA Release and Maintenance Strategy.

Due to this significant announcement, SAP HANA Customers will get more time on decide to move onto Innovation Roadmap through HANA 2.0. At the same time, HANA 2.0 will have only one SPS release per year and every SPS release will have 2 years maintenance period. This will be in effect from HANA 2.0 SPS02 immediately.
